Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version
Cancel any time. No penalties. No fees. You keep access until your current period ends. Refunds are available for eligible cases within 7 days of charge. Ad revenue credits are non-refundable once applied.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard → Billing page or by contacting support@creatorpower.ai.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • Your account automatically moves to the Free plan at period end
  • Your page, links, email list, and data remain accessible
  • No cancellation fees or penalties of any kind

2. Plan Downgrades

You may downgrade to a lower-tier paid plan or to Free at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — you retain the features of your current plan until then.

Upgrades take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-period, Stripe calculates and charges only the prorated difference for the remaining days.

3. Refunds

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • 7-day new subscriber refund: If you subscribed in the last 7 days and have not received meaningful platform benefit (e.g., no domain assigned, no ad revenue generated), contact support for a full refund.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge), we will refund the excess immediately upon verification.
  • Service outages: If CreatorPower.ai experienced a verified outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours in a billing period, affected subscribers are eligible for a prorated credit.
  • Accidental charge: If you intended to cancel before a renewal date and were charged, contact us within 48 hours and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-refundable Items

  • Ad revenue credits that have already been applied to invoices
  • Switching credits that have been used
  • Partial months after significant platform usage has occurred
  • Annual subscription fees after the 7-day refund window

5. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent renewal and retain access until the annual period ends.

6. Agency Plans

Agency plan refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact sales@creatorpower.ai directly. Given the multi-creator nature of agency plans, pro-rata credits may be issued rather than cash refunds.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email support@creatorpower.ai with:

  • Subject: "Refund Request — [your email]"
  • The email address on your account
  • The reason for the refund request
  • The charge date and amount

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

8. Disputes

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks incur fees that we pass on, and they delay the resolution process. Our support team resolves the vast majority of billing issues within 24 hours.
